AT&T Connected Communities Referral Program Rules
This Agreement explains the terms and conditions that governs your participation in the AT&T Connected Communities Referral Program (“Program”). This Agreement is between you and AT&T Connected Communities ("AT&T"). It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms and conditions of this Agreement. By registering as a member in the Program ("Participant"), you agree to be bound by Program Terms and Conditions ("Agreement").
Program Overview:
- This program is designed to reward AT&T Connected Communities property staff for referring their property residents for AT&T Fiber. For successful AT&T Fiber referrals the Participant will receive rewards.
- Participation in the Program and the benefits that are offered to Program members is at the sole discretion of AT&T, and AT&T has the right to change the respective Program Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice to Members.
Eligibility and Registration Requirements:
- AT&T employees (including employees of AT&T affiliated companies) and retirees who are eligible to participate in the you Refer program are not eligible to participate in the AT&T Connected Communities Referral Program.
- Eligible Participants must be an employee of a property under contract with AT&T Connected Communities and provide the following to participate in the Program:
- You must have Internet access and a valid e-mail address to be eligible to receive the privileges and benefits of participation in the Program. AT&T is not responsible for your inability to connect to the Internet or to log into the program web site.
- The person making the Referral is called the "Referrer".
- In order for a Referrer to be considered for a reward, the Referrer must be able to submit all required fields as designated on the online referral form. Only new service referrals made by registered members of the Program are eligible to earn rewards.
- The Referrer is eligible to receive referral rewards when they refer consumer customers ("Referral") who then order and activate AT&T Fiber as required under these terms and conditions of the product ordered.
- Referring potential customers without first discussing AT&T Fiber and obtaining permission from such individuals to submit their names and account information into the referral process is prohibited.
No faxes, scripts, or automated services may be used to solicit new customers under this program.
Referral Process:
- To participate in the AT&T Connected Communities Referral program, the Referrer must complete the online registration process. Then, the Referrer can create a Referral ("Nomination") online at www.accreferrals.com. The Nomination identifies the Referral of a specific person with whom the Referrer has discussed AT&T services.
- The Nomination must occur PRIOR to the Referral purchasing qualifying AT&T services that the Referrer will be rewarded for.
- Once the Referral has activated their qualifying AT&T services, AT&T will automatically load compensation for the Referral into the Referrer’s account and the Referrer can redeem the value for a Visa reward card.

- The chart below identifies the amount the Referrer can earn for each Referral who orders and activates qualifying AT&T services effective Oct 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024:
