The following changes have been implemented in the store as of October 17, 2024 (#9145):

The "ATT Aleck Sans" font has been implemented sitewide.
Several pages have been redesigned based on the attached mockups.
The home page has been updated to always show the "Register", "Login", and "Program Rules" buttons if the user is not logged in.
A splash page popup that contains the Program Rules has been created and will appear on the store if the user has not agreed to it yet. This popup will not appear again until after a year unless the local cookies are deleted.
A new Custom User Field named "Opt In" has been added.
The "Opt In" custom user field on the Registration page has been updated to be hidden.
A new section that contains the caption "Referrers may refer unlimited customers to AT&T, but the maximum total in Referral Rewards that can be earned per Referrer for each calendar year is $599. Would you like to opt in to earn more than $599 and receive a 1099 tax form at the end of the year? Proper identification to receive a 1099 tax form may be required." and two checkboxes (Yes and No) has been added to the Registration page. The value of the "Opt in" custom user field will be equal to whichever checkbox is checked.
The home page has been updated to automatically redirect the user to the "Referral Program Form" Product page if the user is logged in.
The "Submission Date" and "Estimated Move In Date" Product Personalization textbox fields have been updated to be date fields with a calendar functionality.
A new section that contains the verbiage "Is the information above correct?" and the buttons "Yes, please proceed" and "No, take me back to the form" has been added to the Cart page. Clicking on "Yes, please proceed" will take the user to the Checkout page while clicking on "No, take me back to the form" will remove the currently filled-out Referral Form and then take the user back to the "Referral Program Form" Product page.
The "Add to Cart" button on the Product page has been updated to "Submit Form".
The quantity field on the Product and Cart pages has been updated to be hidden.
The Custom Data Collection (CDC) fields on the Checkout page have been updated to have their values auto-filled based on their Product Personalization field counterparts.
The Checkout page has been updated to be skipped entirely.
The Account Confirmation Email has been updated based on the attached mockup. It is currently using the $25 version.
The Order Confirmation Email has been updated based on the attached mockup.
All instances of the "Account Balance" verbiage have been updated to "Rewards Earned".
All instances of the "Order History" verbiage have been updated to "Submission History". This includes changing from "Order" to "Submission".
The pricing has been hidden sitewide.

The following changes have been implemented in the store as of October 18, 2024 (#9145):

The Program Rules splash page popup has been updated to appear after the user has logged in.
The "Create account" button on the Registration page has been updated to remain disabled until the user has clicked on either the "Yes" or "No" checkbox.
The error notification popup that reads "Please confirm your e-mail address before logging in." has been updated to read "Please see the email that was sent to you to confirm your email address.".

The design and verbiage of the Account Confirmation Email have been updated.
The custom code of the entire Checkout page has been updated to show or hide certain sections on a per-section basis instead of hiding the entire Checkout page.
All instances of the "Shipping" verbiage have been updated to "Mailing".

The "Preferred Language" product personalization field has been removed.

The Virtual Samples Design of the "Referral Program Form" product has been redesigned to adjust all fields.

- The verbiage that reads "December 31, 2024" has been removed from the "Program Rules" page and popup. We've also taken the liberty of updating "Oct 1, 2024" to "October 1, 2024". (#490255 - May 22, 2025)

I have completed the update to the registration form as requested.

What was changed:

The "Create Account" button is now disabled by default when a user lands on the registration page.
To enable the button, the user must click the "Click here" link to open the tax form.
This ensures that every new registrant at least opens the required tax documentation before they can complete their account creation.

How it works:

The button appears greyed out (semi-transparent) and cannot be clicked.
Once the user clicks the link for the Google Form, the button immediately becomes active and fully visible.[#539901 Jan 5 2026]

We have now added a 'Digital Bookmark' (LocalStorage). When the user clicks the tax form link, the browser makes a tiny note for itself. When the user comes back to the registration page—even if they closed the window or used a link from inside the Google Form—the page checks its notes, sees the bookmark, and automatically unlocks the 'Create Account' button for them.[#539901 Jan 6 2026]
